At Horizon Marketing, we believe that the recruitment process is not only an opportunity to find the best talent, but also a moment when candidates can learn more about themselves and their skills. That is why every stage of our recruitment is carefully planned and always ends with giving you detailed feedback, regardless of the result.
The first step is to fill out the application form. We ask you to submit your CV and answer a few questions to help us better understand your experience and motivation for working at Horizon Marketing. At this stage, it is worth highlighting your achievements so far and skills that can be useful in our agency. You will need to spend about 5 minutes on this stage.
After analyzing the application, the selected people will be invited to perform a short recruitment task. The task is always tailored to the specifics of the position and reflects the real challenges you may face in your daily work. We will analyze your approach to the problem, creativity and effectiveness of the proposed solutions. For this stage, you will need to spend between 30 and 60 minutes.
If you successfully pass the second stage (which we wish you very much!) , we will invite you to a more detailed meeting that will take place online. At this stage, you will have the opportunity to speak with our CEO and specialist. We will focus on discussing your work experience, the projects you have completed, and how you see your role in Horizon Marketing. This stage will take about 45 minutes.
Once the recruitment process is complete, our team makes a final assessment of all candidates. Regardless of the outcome, each person will receive feedback from us. If we choose to work with you, we will provide you with a job offer that will include terms of employment, salary and other details about your role at Horizon Marketing.
